Q. When will the results of the consultation be visible?

A. The effects of the adjustments are visible immediately after we implement the first adjustments with your on-site teams. You will notice the difference within a few hours.

Q. Do you offer on-site or remote audit?

A. All our consultations are done on your site. We need to immerse ourselves in your operation to understand your needs. We also provide on-site training for your technical teams to optimize the operation of your thermal installations.

Q. How does an on-site consultation take place?

A. We start with a comprehensive visit to the technical areas to understand the context and local climate conditions. We observe the behavior of your teams in their daily tasks. We analyze your follow-up documents and improve them if necessary. Then, we implement the first settings and propose to adapt certain behaviors, all in close collaboration with your on-site teams. After these steps, the consultant will produce a report including all the identified areas for future technical optimization with limited or no investment. Lastly, we analyze progress, consider new improvements, and provide regular follow-up and remote support to quantify savings achieved over a full year.

Q. How long does a consultation last?

A. The consultation is spread over at least several days. The exact duration depends on the size of your resort/hotel.
