To save energy, most of the properties are replacing old equipment with energy-efficient ones (solar panels, heat pumps, new generation chillers…).
This approach is going into the right direction, but it requires a lot of material resources.
In addition, the advertised returns can be disappointing financially, with the return on investment often taking decades.

We wish to work in harmony with the teams that are already in charge of the equipment.
We aim to propose a different approach, based on our experience in the optimization and looking at the efficiency from a new angle.
Our goal is to transfer the knowledge to the onsite teams to provide them with the technical skills they need to run the equipment at the most efficient level.
Our work is not a one shot audit but the basis for a long term technical follow up including regular team support.
Our auditor
Our consultant, Sebastien Laceti, holds a High School degree in thermal engineering and has 13 years of experience in all stages of thermal management, from installation to commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
His past experience in Switzerland, a country at the forefront of energy optimization, demonstrated that significant energy consumption reductions are possible while maintaining an optimal standard of living.
In his recent role as Technical Manager in the hospitality industry, he successfully applied his expertise in thermal engineering for six years to deliver the expected comfort level to guests while meeting energy cost reduction targets.
